  1. World Music with Ensamble Carey

When: March 13.

Where: Naturalia Café Medellín.

Ensamble Carey is a musical group born in Cartagena, created by four musicians from Venezuela, who have as necessity play good music for foreign and local public, that’s why they travel around different cities of the world.

We invite you to Open Mic, a free-thinking space to enjoy and share art and culture.

  1. Free salsa dance class

When: Every Friday.

Where: Dancefree – Google Maps

Free salsa dance classes.

Opening 7:45 PM

When: Every Saturday.

Where: Teatro Pablo Tobón Uribe.

The theater hall becomes a dance floor to move the body to the rhythm of the porro, tango and salsa every Saturday. A space to enjoy and learn music while dancing.

5. Violeta Chan Trio, live Jazz 

When: March 13.

Where: Café Cliché Medellín.

Next Friday, March 13, we received for the first time at CAFé CLICHé the talented Violeta Chan accompanied by the two guitarists Juan Camino and Melisa Zuluaga for a delicious night of Live Jazz!
8pm / No cover!

6. Language exchange.

When: March 17.

Where: Dimeli Café.

Be part of the popular language exchange (English & Spanish) every Tuesday and Friday at 7 pm.
Through cool games, they make sure that you learn, have a great time and meet lots of great people in a chill environment.

7. Concert East meets West in Jazz

When: March 6.

Where: Naturalia café.

We´ll take you on a journey from North-American Jazz, Latin Jazz, to Chinese Jazz. We´ll bring the chill and romantic vibe. Why don’t you bring your friends or romantic date? It will be a fun Jazzy night out!  Violeta Chan-vocal, Juan Camino-guitar, Melisa Zuluaga-guest guitar.

  1. Free language exchange

When: Every Monday.

Where: Desarrolladores de café – Google Maps.

Come to this free language exchange event for people who would like to improve their English, and friends from abroad, who want to learn and practice more Spanish. Every Monday at 6pm at the coffeeshop Desarrolladores de Café (Cra. 35#7-60, Poblado, Medellín). Some exercises will be given to the participants to practice the other language in an entertaining way.

You will meet locals to hang out and chat, there will be a small bilingual workshop, where you can learn about Colombian Coffee culture and after that you will have a nice evening, grab a coffee, beer or cocktail, some food and make friends.
A world of friends is a world of peace.

Where: Naturalia Café.

We invite to a night of tango and stories with Apología Tanguera!
This group presents a new form to performing tango, with a show where the public feels part of the music and the stories.
