Yoga – Public & Private Places to Practice

Throughout the States, one of the most popular forms of exercise is Yoga; Power Yoga, Bikram Yoga, Flow Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga. Medellín, however, brings yoga back to its roots: Hatha Yoga.

And, they bring it to the public in the most amazing places, with many of these classes being donation-based.

Instruction is provided in Spanish, however even if you’re still learning the language, you can simply observe the movements as others do them, and then try to emulate.  Good instructors will watch their students, and correct any incorrect forms.

Of course, I am a little bias since I am a Sivananda yoga teacher, which is Hatha Yoga.
