This is a 10-minute TV clip of the 2009 Flower Festival which I saw referenced in the weekly newsletter from Colombia Reports.
Certainly a lot of flowers in the parade. My favorite was the police dog carrying a little one on a two-wheeled cart being pulled behind him around the 7:40 mark.
