If you’re going to be in Medellin this weekend, you’re in for a treat.
Vibra Mi Tierra is an annual festival that takes place every May in Jardín Botánico, the city’s botanical gardens.
The event, which is co-organized by the local 3 Cordilleras beer company, aims to support the culture and entrepreneurship of Antioquia.
But really, it’s just a great excuse to get outside and enjoy a few artisanal beers, good food, and live music with friends and family in the park.
The live music begins each day at Noon, and runs throughout the event. And a host of restaurants will be setting up shop as well, including Revolucion Mexicana 1910 (one of my favorites), and Il Forno.
