Rooms for Rent in 16th-Floor Laureles Apartment

The apartment has a great view of the city.

It’s a two-bedroom, one-bathroom furnished apartment on the top floor of a secure building that’s a 7-minute walk from the Metro, 5 minutes from Exito Laureles, and 5 minutes from the Calle 33 nightlife district and many of the area’s great restaurants.

Each room costs 800,000 pesos per month for one person, 1 million pesos for a couple. That includes everything — electricity, gas, water, cable, Internet, phone — everything. And, of course, the view, that uninterrupted view.

Minimum 1 month stay. Preference given to someone who stays longer.

Call 301 452 9979 or email ryanhiraki@gmail.com.

Your room has a double bed, a desk and another great view of the city.
