Photo of the Week – The Cow Across the Street

The pasture opposite Palmanova Apartments – Envigado

Go to Sabaneta on a Friday night and you might run into a few horses tied up on the street outside a bar while their owners enjoy a cold one.

Roll past Palmanova Apartments in Envigado where I was living, and you’ll see a pasture with this solitary cow chilling out.

And a few chickens.

Random, yes, but I always appreciated that little section of preserved greenery and the cow who called it home.
