Medellin Living Meetup at El Son Del Costeño

Join myself (Dave), Ryan, and other Medellin Living readers and friends for food and drinks at El Son Del Costeño in Centro.

This is a typical fonda-style restaurant with nice views of Parque Bolivar, and meals under 10,000 pesos ($5).

Preceding the meet up, Ryan’s travel company, Colombian Getaways is hosting a FREE walking tour of Centro, including:

– Parque de los Pies Descalzos
– Parque de las Luces
– Pasaje Carabobo
– Plaza de Botero
– Pasaje Junin
– Parque Bolivar

Tour starts at 1:30pm at the entrance to the Alpujarra Metro Station, and ends at 5:30pm at El Son Del Costeño in Parque Bolivar, where we’ll have a few drinks and relax. The guys appreciate any tips if you enjoy the tour.

I know I’ll be taking advantage of it, and hope you can join us to learn a little more about downtown Medellin too.
