Thanks to not being thrilled with my new job, and not willing to sign a contract, I got to renew my visa…again. This time, however, I had to leave the country to do it. Being such an epic adventure for a whole four hours in another country, I though I would break it down for you poco a poco.

Where:
Medellin & Cucucta, Colombia; San Antonio, Venezuela
Costs:
- 160,000 COP-bus, round trip, Medellin-Cucuta
- About 10,000 COP-for buses from Cucuta-San Antonio
- 55,000 VBF-for stamp to leave Venezuela
- 40,000 VBF- for lunch (Menu del Dia)
Time:
- 13 hours- Medellin to Cucuta
- 30 minutes- Cucuta to San Antonio (Each Way)
- 2-3 hours- Finding someone who knows where all the places I needed are and walking there.
- 17 hours- Cucuta to Medellin (I have no idea why such a big difference.)
